Metal ceramics may have been perceived to have been overtaken by all ceramic restorations in recent times but this needn’t always be the case.

For the ultimate in aesthetics, then metal free ceramic restorations can be manufactured in materials such as Zirconia Oxide or Pressed Ceramic, Emax. These materials are utterly inert and react to light in a quite similar way to real teeth.
