Bruxism is a considerable problem in the adult population creating all manner of physical side effects apart from just loss of tooth structure. In more extreme situations, if left untreated, there can be insufficient enamel left to bond restorations to. Happily in this lady’s case, we caught this wear in time and were able to halt the erosion and give her a dynamic new smile.
